Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Ascendrajx uses them and how we manage your consent through Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time.
2. Consent denied by default
At Ascendrajx all optional cookie categories (analytics, advertising and personalization) are disabled by default. None is activated until you expressly authorize it through the cookie banner.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, a system that adjusts the behavior of Google tags (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4) according to your consent.
When the site loads, default values are set to 'denied' for ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage and personalization_storage. Only functionality_storage and security_storage remain active because they are essential.
When you accept or manage your preferences, we send a consent update that enables only the categories you have authorized.
4. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary: essential for the operation of the site, always active.
Functionality: remember preferences such as language.
Analytics: measure site usage in aggregate (analytics_storage).
Advertising: enable advertising measurement and personalization (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization).
Personalization: adapt content to your interests (personalization_storage).
5. Managing your consent
You can accept all, reject all or configure your preferences in detail from the cookie banner. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage and re-applied on future visits.
6. Withdrawing consent
If you clear your browser's cookies or local storage, the banner will reappear and you can change your choice. Any previously granted consent will return to the denied default state.
7. Third-party cookies
The Google services we use may install their own cookies only when the corresponding consent has been granted, always respecting the state of Consent Mode v2.
